The Johnny Depp-Amber Heard case took a new turn, the actress raised questions on the court's decision

Johnny Depp (Johnny Depp) and actress Amber Heard have been in the news for the past several months. The dispute between the two is not over. Amber Wally, who lost to Johnny Depp in a US Virginia court, has claimed that the court’s decision in the defamation case was wrong. She has moved the court because she wants a fresh trial ordered in the defamation verdict.

Amber Heard’s legal team is seeking wrongful prosecution in a defamation lawsuit involving Johnny Depp, alleging wrongful sitting member on the jury. According to media reports, he argued that juror number 15 was not actually a person called by the court and could not function properly in the trial.

Accused of setting wrong juror in trial
Amber’s attorneys told the US court that the signing procedures were compromised to allow the wrong jurors to sit in the high-profile trial. It was not listed for juror duty, yet became part of the trial, and so the court would have to set aside the June 1 decision and order a new trial. According to media reports, Amber’s lawyers are now alleging that the wrong juror was put on the panel in the defamation case.

Explanation given in charge
According to media reports, a 77-year-old man, who lives at the same address as the 52-year-old, was called for jury duty. In this case it appears that Jury No. 15 was not actually a person listed on the jury panel.

order a new trial
Amber’s lawyer, Ellen Breidhoft, said in this case it should be declared a false allegation. Also, why should a new test be ordered? Earlier, Amber’s legal team said, ‘There is no evidence that Heard’s op-ed damaged Depp’s reputation.’
