The Saskatchewan Royal Canadian Mountain Police has issued an alert for the suspect as the suspect is still on the run. According to a CBC report, the Melfort RCMP has issued an alert for these dangerous mobsters following several stabbing incidents at James Smith Cree Nation and Weldon.

The RCMP said in a press conference that 10 people have died at 13 places and about 15 have been hospitalised. The RCMP said that they have received information about the incident. The two suspects have been identified as Damien Sanderson and Miles Sanderson. It is also reported that the two suspects identified were seen in the Arcela Avenue area of Regina. “Since the suspect is on the run, we have asked for increased vigilance in Manitoba and Alberta,” the RCMP said.
Police are asking Regina residents to be vigilant and consider sheltering in place. The RCMP said that residents should not allow strangers into their homes and should not leave safe places.

Why the suspected accused carried out these attacks, what was their motive behind it, it is not yet understood. According to RCMP Saskatchewan assistant commissioner Rhonda Blackmore, the attacks do not appear to be pre-planned, with some people being attacked randomly. So it is not yet known what was his real intention behind this. Blackmore also said the number of injured could rise.
