Light Combat Helicopter: New indigenous ‘Made in India’ in Indian Air Force light combat helicopter (LCH – Light Combat Helicopter) has been entered. So now the air power of India has increased even more. A new golden page has been added in the history of Indian Defense Forces with this indigenous helicopter. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh conducted the program. LCH Helicopter ‘Prachanda’ (LCH Prachanda) has joined the Air Force fleet. Chief of Air Staff Chief Marshal VR Chaudhary was also present in the program organized at Jodhpur Airbase. On this occasion, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh took off from ‘Prachanda’ (HAL Prachand) helicopter.

The first batch of Light Combat Helicopters (LCH – Light Combat Helicopters) will be inducted into the Army today. Under this, a total of 10 LCH helicopters will be inducted in the army. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has inducted the first indigenous Light Combat Helicopter ‘Prachanda’ (LCH Prachanda) into the Air Force. This attack helicopter has the ability to shoot accurate missiles at the enemy.

LCH helicopter is going to be very beneficial for the Indian Army and Air Force. In 1999, during the Kargil War, India felt the need for attack helicopters. After this a plan was prepared to make LCH helicopter.

More helicopters will be procured from the army in the coming years. The LCH light weight helicopters will be deployed in seven units in the mountain ranges, capable of attacking the enemy. A Light Combat Helicopter (LCH) can accommodate two people. The length of this helicopter is 51.10 feet and height is 15.5 feet. Its weight is 5800 kg. This helicopter can fly at a speed of 268 kmph.
