Rehoboth Beach: US President Joe Biden left the White House on Sunday for the first time since being infected with the coronavirus last month. Biden, who recently ended his Covid-19 quarantine, left for his home state of Delaware. He is expected to visit Kentucky on Monday to assess the damage caused by the floods.
President Biden’s test report on Saturday confirmed he was free of the infection, paving the way for an end to his isolation. “I feel good,” Biden told reporters outside the White House.
Significantly, on July 21, Biden was infected with the corona virus. After this the President went into self-isolation and in the tests conducted on 26 and 27 July, his infection was confirmed to be free. However, after this on July 30, he again got infected with the corona virus, due to which he had to go into isolation.
After being found infected with corona again, the doctor of the US President said that his positive rate is very low and there is no need to worry. The White House said that Joe Biden will follow strict rules during isolation.
