A teacher of a government higher secondary school in Rupwas town has accused the principal of misbehavior. After registering a written complaint by the teacher, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Rajiv Sharma has constituted a five-member committee to investigate the matter.
The lady teacher said, “She was entering the register after coming to school on the morning of September 22. At that time the principal came there. Other teachers were also present at that time. At that time the principal Amar Dayal Sharma told me that, come to me, I want to take a picture with you on my mobile phone. You are looking very beautiful in saree. You have been wearing a saree for three days and you are looking very beautiful. ,
I tried to convince them but they threatened me. Even after that, he forcibly took a photo with me in school and put it in the WhatsApp group. They look at me the wrong way. This teacher also said that I am mentally disturbed by this act of the principal.
After the teacher’s complaint, Rupwas Magistrate Rajeev Sharma told the media that, “Many incidents of physical harassment with teachers in government schools in the district have come to the fore. If the teachers teaching children in the school are doing such a thing, then what will they do? It should have an effect on the children. A government school teacher has also lodged a complaint against the principal. The education authorities should be investigated in this regard. Instructions have been given.”
Judicial Magistrate Rajiv Sharma also said that considering the seriousness of the matter, he decided to constitute the committee. Women members will also be kept in this. This committee will investigate the whole matter.
