New Delhi:

Putin controls two large areas of Ukraine. Putin has already included two regions in the referendum and will include two more. According to the information received so far, 15% of Ukraine has been captured by this treaty. After the capture of these areas a grand event was organized in Moscow. However, it has been declared illegal in Western countries and Ukraine. According to Russian media, Russia has now officially included Kherson and Zaporizhia. Apart from these, Luhansk and Donetsk are also to be included.

Now the war is drawing dangerously near

The seven-month-old war in the region is expected to take a dangerous new turn after Friday’s announcement that four parts of southern and eastern Ukraine controlled by Russia would be formally incorporated into Russia. On Tuesday, Moscow claimed residents overwhelmingly supported its territories to formally become part of Russia, but Western countries and Ukraine claimed the vote was based on threats and gunpoint.

Ukraine rejects referendum
Ukraine rejects the referendum, calling it illegal. The referendum was held in four regions of Ukraine: Kherson, Zaporizhia, Luhansk and Donetsk. According to Ukraine, these areas were also attacked by Russia, in which 8 civilians, including a child, were killed, while many others were injured. Moscow claimed on Tuesday night that 93% in the Zaporizhia region, 87% in the Kherson region, 98% in the Luhansk region and 99% in Donetsk supported the merger.
