Russo Ukraine war: Ukrainian actress Oksana Shvets killed in Russian rocket attack

Today is the 23rd day of the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine. Russia has not yet stopped attacking many Ukrainian cities, including the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv. Negotiations are also going on between the two countries, but no solution is being found. The Russian military launched a rocket attack on a residential building in Kyiv, killing several people. Ukrainian actress Oksana Shvets was also killed in this attack. Oksana Shvets, 67, has been awarded one of Ukraine’s highest artistic honours.

Confirming the death of Oksana Shvets, her troupe Young Theater has issued a statement saying that Oksana Shvets, a famous artist from Ukraine, was killed during a rocket attack on a residential building in Kyiv. Oksana Shvets has starred in several films including Tomorrow Will Be Tomorrow, The Secret of St. Patrick and The Return of Mukhtar.
