Moscow. In the ongoing war after Russia’s attack on Ukraine, now Russia’s private army Wagner has come out in the open. Wagner has put up recruitment posters in several cities. While the official presence of this organization of mercenaries is being denied. But now they are openly recruiting in Russia. Three billboards advertising recruitment have appeared in Yekaterinburg, Russia, by private military contractor Wagner.

According to a report in The Guardian, one of the posters reads – ‘Motherland, Honour, Blood, Bravery, Wagner. Another poster, locals said, was first seen on the outskirts of the city in early July. It shows three men in military uniform preceded by the words ‘Wagner2022.org’. Similarly, these hoardings, which can be seen in many Russian cities, have been put up by Wagner to recruit soldiers to join his forces in the war in Ukraine.

When Russia launched its attack on Ukraine five months ago, it was widely discussed as a secret mercenary organization, but it is now rapidly expanding its public presence. It seems that Wagner has decided that he will no longer try to hide his existence. Notably, Wagner was founded in 2014 to help pro-Russian separatists in Ukraine.
