The main feature of this issue is devoted to perinatal care in some of the overseas departments and regions: the West Indies and Guyana. The next issue will be devoted to Reunion and Mayotte. This Health in Action was carried out from September 2019 to March 2020 and many professionals were mobilized in these territories. This issue has a dual objective: to draw up an inventory and show, using examples of interventions and programs, how professionals work on a daily basis and mobilize to promote the health of mothers and children in the all of these territories, in connection with the populations.
