Mumbai : Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Patil has instructed to plan the examination schedule and admission process in a time bound manner for the benefit of the students. Now considering document verification before CET admission. Patil has directed that action should be taken against the verifier if the student is ineligible for want of documents.
Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Patil has directed that the CET Board should prepare the time table in a time bound manner so that keeping in mind the interests of the students, students do not face any kind of trouble while taking admission in the college. Review meeting of examination hall was held.
If students face difficulties during admission, those students suffer mentally and financially. Their documents should be verified on time before admission. Also, if the necessary information for admission is made available online in advance accurately and easily to the students after the declaration of the result by the CET board, the students will be informed and the students will start the preparation. This will save the time of the students and reduce the mistakes made during admission and the admission will be done on time. Students will not face any kind of problem. Chandrakant Patil said that therefore the CET department should immediately make this facility available to the students on its official website.
Some places get admission and then document verification disqualifies the student. This is a great loss for the students. To avoid this pitfall, complete document verification of those students should be done timely and correctly before admission. The Higher and Technical Education Minister also said that if a student is found ineligible after admission, action should be taken against those who verify the documents.
