New York: A shocking news came out from New York on Saturday. An Indian woman allegedly hanged herself here. The girl’s name is Mandeep Kaur and she is 30 years old. Before committing suicide, Mandeep Kaur had also recorded a video and in that video she surprised everyone with her words.
Before committing suicide, Mandeep also uploaded that recorded video on social media. In the video, she is seen crying and shared her experience in Punjabi language. Mandeep Kaur has two daughters and her husband Ranjotveer Singh Sindhu allegedly abused and thrashed her for years for not having a son.
In the video going viral on social media, Mandeep Kaur is crying repeatedly saying that I have suffered all this. I was hopeful that one day everything will be fine but time has passed but still things are the same. He said that it has been eight years and now I cannot bear the daily beatings.

Speaking in Punjabi, Mandeep Kaur blamed her husband and in-laws for the suicide. Before the suicide, the woman said- Papa, I am going to die, forgive me. Mandeep Kaur passed away on 4 August leaving behind two daughters aged 6 and 4.
The Consulate of India in New York has also reacted to the incident. The embassy said that it is deeply saddened by the passing away of Mandeep Kaur. We are in contact with US officials locally. We are ready to help them all.
