The US National Hurricane Center in Miami said at 5 a.m. Wednesday that the wind is blowing at about 220 kilometers per hour under the influence of ‘Ian’. Ian is currently centered approximately 125 kilometers west-southwest of Naples, Florida.
It said that ‘Ian’ is moving north at a speed of 17 kmph. Due to this, a potentially dangerous storm warning has been issued for the densely populated Gulf Coast of the province from Bonita Beach to Tampa Bay.
