Washington. Former US President Donald Trump is in trouble. A case of fraud has been filed against him, his three children and his family company The Trump Organization. This case is three years old. It was filed by senior counsel and New York Attorney General Letitia James. James said in a statement that senior Trump Organization officials and Trump’s children have enriched themselves with Donald Trump and betrayed the system. He misrepresented his wealth worth billions of rupees. He said Trump listed his apartment in Trump Tower at $327 million, while no apartment in New York City has ever been sold for that price.

Trump and his family made nearly 200 false statements over the course of a decade. James asked the court to restrain the former president and his children from serving as directors or officers of any business in New York.
