Softec is taken over by the Parisian group RevueFifiduciary. Based in Angers, the SME delivers certification and professional training in accounting, payroll, finance and human resources. For this, it relies on a dozen employees and a network of 34 temporary trainers, thus achieving nearly 2 million euros in turnover. “There is a real complementarity between Softec and the RevueFifiduciaire. It is also an opportunity for our learners to access their various areas of expertise,” emphasizes Zohra Gallard, who founded Softec in 1989 with her husband Dominique.

On the strength of this acquisition, the Revue Fiduciary group (GRF) intends to strengthen its training division, which accounts for 3 million euros of its 34 million euros in annual turnover. “Softec allows us to broaden our fields of expertise in training dedicated to the number professions, by covering initial training and professional retraining. In addition, people trained by Softec are likely to consume the information content produced by RevueFifiduciaire”, explains Eric Zuber, managing director of this publishing group of 170 employees, specializing in the fields of taxation, human resources , payroll, assets and expert products.

National deployment

Following this operation, the buyer retains the identity of Softec and aims to deploy it nationally. “It’s a brand that has real weight in its territory as well as development potential in Ile-de-France and in the regions”, continues Eric Zuber. Thus, Softec will soon set up two new training courses in Paris, in the premises of the Revue Fiduciary group. A first secondary establishment before creating local offices in major French cities. For its new parent company, Softec will therefore support the rise in power of the group’s training division. Over the next 5 years, this activity should indeed reach a turnover of 10 million euros.
