The entire opposition attacked President Joe Biden’s party over the raid on Trump’s house
Violent threats are being made to FBI agents on social media even after the raid
On the raid, Trump said that such incidents can happen only in third world countries.
Washington, FBI officials are being threatened by party supporters after a raid at the home of former US President and Republican Party leader Donald Trump. On these threats, the FBI Agents Association said on Thursday that violence is being promoted against FBI officers after the raid on the former president’s house, which is completely unacceptable. Trump himself and party leaders have verbally attacked the actions of the FBI, calling the FBI a corrupt and political contract. After the raid on Trump’s house, it was alleged that he had taken many records and sensitive material from the White House.
Let us tell you that US Presidents were required by the Presidential Records Act (PRA) to transfer all their documents and emails to the National Archives. The FBI Association said special agents and their families should not be threatened with violence while doing their jobs. The association further said that an environment is being created where many people are now ignoring the violence against law enforcement agencies. The statement comes after Attorney General Merrick Garland himself admitted to authorizing an unprecedented raid on the former president’s home.
‘This attack can happen only in underdeveloped countries’
Trump called the FBI raids a personal attack and said such incidents can only happen in third world countries. He further said that during the raid, his home in Palm Beach, Florida was surrounded and occupied by a large group of FBI agents. Several Republican lawmakers attacked the FBI over the incident. Republican Senator Ted Cruz said the FBI has become an attacking dog to help the Democrats, while Republican Representative Paul Goser tweeted that we must dismantle the FBI now.
