ED will present its arguments in the High Court today on Anil Deshmukh’s bail application. After the direction of the Supreme Court, the High Court has started hearing on this immediately. In Tuesday’s hearing, Deshmukh’s lawyers completed their arguments. ASG Anil Singh will present his argument on behalf of ED today. Since the Supreme Court has directed to complete the hearing on this application soon, it is expected that the High Court will give its decision soon.
