New stage for Sista. The collective which aims to reduce the financing gap between founders and founders of start-ups is launching an investment fund with the 50 Partners accelerator. “The first phase of Sista consisted in promoting gender equality through joint founding teams, the second in structuring our efforts with the charter [qui engage les fonds à plus soutenir de femmes, NDLR] and the third to participate in reducing this gap”, summarizes Tatiana Jama, co-founder and co-president of Sista.
In 2021, 88% of the total amount raised by French start-ups was captured by 100% male teams, according to a Sista and BCG study.
