Here we are faced with the budget and the year of all dangers. France continues to add handicaps and it starts to show. The facades of the Potemkin village are cracking. Maximum public spending, compulsory levy rate at more than 45% in 2022, record trade deficit at more than 150 billion and specter of recession or zero growth.

Already, the rates on the 10-year debt are approaching 3%… The debt burden has become the second largest State budget, just behind Education. Will the debt burden become the first state budget in 2023, or even in 2024? It’s getting closer.
