The ATS has found that the cadres arrested by the ATS were training terrorists under the guise of physical training in Beed and Jalna as well as Padegaon, Naregaon in Aurangabad. This training was given in a closed shed. Apart from this, the ATS has claimed in the court that many big financial transactions were done from different bank accounts of the arrested accused.

On Sunday, Special District and Sessions Judge N. L More was produced in the court. Sheikh Irfan Sheikh Salim alias Maulana Irfan Milli (age 37, resident of Kiradpura), Syed Faizal Syed Khaleel (age 28, Rozbagh), Parvez Khan Muzammil Khan (age 29, resident of Juna Baijipura), Abdul Hadi Abdul Rauf (age 32) The names of the accused are Rehman Ganj) and Sheikh Nasir Sheikh Sabar (age 37, Baijipura).
In the action taken by the investigating agencies, mobile phones, laptops, hard disks of the accused were confiscated. ATS has learned important things from this.

According to the ATS investigation, the main accused is Abdul Hadi Abdul Rauf. A 19-page manuscript has been found from him. So ATS is helping in the investigation. The PFI had set a ‘mission’ for each member to make India an Islamic nation by 2047. Accordingly, matters such as raising financial funds, setting up private trusts, providing jihadi training are mentioned. It has been learned that the accused Abdul Hadi Abdul Rauf has an account in the State Bank of India Priyadarshini Nagari Sahakari Bank.

The ATS said that all the accused were acting on the orders of PFI Maharashtra President Sheikh Nasir. NI has frozen Sheikh Nasir’s bank account. One lakh 80 thousand rupees were found in his account. Sheikh Nasir admitted that he was getting Rs 6,000 per month for PFI work. One lakh 80 rupees were found in his account.

Accused Parvez Khan has claimed in the court that he had given terrorist training in closed sheds at Jatwara Road, Padegaon and Naregaon in Aurangabad. The ATS has told the court that he was present in the PFI meeting held in Margao on September 15. In that meeting, the ATS had claimed in the court that all the mobile phone data was deleted due to the action of the investigating agencies coming to the fore.
