Nuclear attack in Ukraine ends referendum! Russia issued a warning

Moscow. An ally of President Vladimir Putin issued a new nuclear warning for Ukraine and the West on Tuesday. President Vladimir Putin has been talking since last week about the option of Moscow using nuclear weapons amid the recent defeat of the Russian military during the war in Ukraine. Voting in Ukraine’s Kherson, Zaporizhia, Luhansk and Donetsk, which began on Friday, and Putin’s call-up of the Russian military’s reserve forces are among the strategies by which Moscow is trying to assert itself.

Dmitry Medvedev, deputy head of the Russian Security Council, headed by President Putin, issued the threat in a very clear and strongly worded manner on Tuesday. Medvedev wrote on the messaging app’s channel, “Imagine if Russia was forced to use the most powerful (destructive) weapon against the Ukrainian regime, which (Ukraine) is conducting a massive invasion and it is our has become a threat to the existence of the nation.

The danger came after the gas pipeline leak in the Baltic Sea
He wrote, ‘I believe that in this situation NATO will not directly participate in the war.’ Let us tell you that Russia is conducting referendums in four occupied territories of Ukraine. It is expected that the result will be declared soon. After the referendum, Russia will declare these areas as its own land. The threat of a nuclear attack by Moscow comes after reports of a gas pipeline leak in the Baltic Sea. Let us tell you that Russia sends gas to Europe through these pipelines.

Medvedev’s threat is one of Russia’s many threats
The incident of gas leakage from these pipelines came to light on Tuesday. Moscow’s confrontation with the West has fueled global inflation and fueled energy and food crises in many countries since the February 24 invasion of Ukraine, leading to the tightening of Western sanctions against Russia. Tuesday’s nuclear warning by Russian Security Council Vice President Dmitry Medvedev is one of several issued by Putin and his allies in recent weeks.
