When is an organization declared as ‘Terrorist’ organization?
Section 35 of the UAPA empowers the central government to declare any organization as a terrorist organization. But there are some conditions for that too. Only if the central government thinks that an organization is involved in terrorist activities or strong evidence is available, then it is considered a terrorist organization and the central government can ban that organization.
