Navratri 2022: The Navratri festival, which is being celebrated amidst Corona restrictions for the last two years, is being celebrated with great fanfare this year. This year the Shinde government has taken a big decision so that the people of the state can enjoy the Navratri festival. In this year’s Navratri festival, even on October 1, a discount is being given on the use of loudspeakers and loudspeakers till 12 pm. It is said that Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis have taken this decision after discussion. Meanwhile, there was a demand that Garba should be allowed to be played till 12 o’clock on the night of Navratri. Which has now been accepted by the government.

Earlier, the government had given permission to play Garba till 12 noon in the last two days. But now the government has extended it one more day. Earlier this time was till 10 o’clock. But now many people can enjoy playing Garba for three days on Monday, Tuesday and Saturday by giving a discount till 12 noon.

According to the decision issued by the government, under the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Revised Rules, 2017 of the Department of Environment and Climate Change, the concerned district collectors have been empowered to announce relaxation for loudspeakers and use of loudspeakers from 6 pm. Total 15 days in a year from morning till 12 noon. Usually 13 days are decided by the concerned collector. Also, according to the local conditions of the district, 2 days are reserved for giving relaxation.

To celebrate Navratri festival with enthusiasm this year, use of loudspeakers and loudspeakers has been allowed from 6 am to 12 noon for Navratri festival on 1 October 2022. Therefore, for this year’s Navratri festival in Mumbai, Saturday, October 1, Monday, October 3 and Tuesday, October 4 will be available as an additional day apart.
