‘Empress’ documentary to reveal the life story of Latadidi
Anushka Motion Pictures and Entertainments and Latika Creations will produce a documentary titled Samargi on Latadidi’s birthday. This is going to be a documentary highlighting the life story of Latadidi. This is a first of its kind effort in english. The CEO- LM Music – composer Mayuresh Pai and noted producer Narendra Firodia have taken this bow. This documentary is directed by Mayuresh Pai (mayuresh pai) is directing. It is an attempt to honor Swar Samargi through this work of art.
Lata Mangeshkar was born in Indore city of Madhya Pradesh. His father Pandit Deenanath Mangeshkar was a classical singer as well as a theater artist. Lata didi is the eldest of our siblings. Asha, Usha, Meena and Hridaynath are his younger siblings. Lata didi received her first education in music from her father. Lata Mangeshkar has sung more than 980 Hindi film songs and has sung in more than 20 regional Indian languages. Lata Mangeshkar was awarded the ‘Bharat Ratna’ award in 2001.
