Lalit Kumar Tekchandani 49 has registered a case at Chembur police station. A case has been registered under sections 506(2) (intimidation) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Tekchandani, in his statement to the police, said that he had sent two videos to Chhagan Bhujbal on his mobile phone. In which Bhujbal gave a speech insulting Hinduism. Soon after sending the video, Tekchandani started receiving WhatsApp calls and text threats. In which they have also been abused.
‘You send a message to Bhujbal sahib, come to your house and open fire. The complaint states that Tekchandani was threatened with the words, “I invite people from Dubai, it would be costly to send a message to Bhujbal sahab”.
Meanwhile, the police is investigating who made these messages and calls to Tekchandani. Tekchandani informed the police about the mobile number received by him and the police is investigating further.
