The Central Government has issued an ordinance in this regard. The Ministry of Home Affairs has taken this decision on the recommendation of the investigating agencies. In the last few days, the central investigative agencies started taking strict action against the PFI. The National Investigation Agency (NIA), ED and various state investigative agencies have raided the offices of PFI on September 22 and September 27.
