Accor will sell its Paris headquarters for nearly 500 million euros

Accor is continuing its load shedding operation, consisting in parting with the buildings it still owns. The French hotel group announced on Wednesday that it had entered into exclusive negotiations with the British real estate company Valesco in order to sell it the Sequana tower, which houses its headquarters. However, he will continue to occupy the building located in Issy-Les-Moulineaux (Hauts-de-Seine) by renting it for 12 years. The operation, which should be concluded before the end of the year, will bring in 465 million euros. The building was acquired in 2018 for 363 million.
