The Samsung Galaxy A04 was quietly unveiled globally on Wednesday. It sports a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V display and gets an octa-core SoC. Reports suggest that this could be the Exynos 850 chipset. The smartphone gets a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel main sensor and packs a 5,000mAh battery. The South Korean giant’s entry-level smartphone is the successor to the Galaxy A03. Both the phones look very similar from the front, but there are some differences on the rear panel.

The Samsung Galaxy A04 has up to 128GB of inbuilt storage (varies by market) which supports expansion via microSD card (up to 1TB) via a dedicated slot. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0 and GPS/ A-GPS. Samsung has packed a 5,000mAh battery on the Galaxy A04.
