“Safe haven” real estate is not an empty word! Despite the shock of the Russo-Ukrainian war, high inflation and more difficult access to credit which hamper their purchasing power, French households retain an intact appetite for real estate investment.

“The French still have as many real estate projects as last February”, attests the fifth wave of the Imop-Harris Interactive barometer published on September 28, 2022 *. Thus, according to the survey, today more than 3 out of 10 French people (32%) indicate that they plan to buy a property. Among these potential buyers, the “probable” buyers (18% of French people) and the “certain” buyers (14%) stand out.
