Companies have found a way to accelerate the feminization of their executive committees (comex): they expand them.

Within the CAC 40, the average number of members of these bodies has thus increased from 12 in 2019 to 13.1 in 2021 then 13.6 in 2022, we learn from a very recent study obtained exclusively from Russell Reynolds Associates.
