How to make payment?
Merchants can share payment links with customers via SMS or email through an all-in-one POS device. This payment link provides customers with all kinds of payment options like UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, Credit Cards, and many more. Customers can pay from anywhere by clicking on the link on their mobile phone or laptop and selecting their preferred option to complete the payment.

But how to accept payment through Paytm All-in-One POS? Don’t worry we have your full attention! Simply follow the steps below to accept payment through QR and Card.

Step 1: Click on the ‘Payment’ option on your Paytm All-in-One POS, which you see next to the ‘Billing’ option.

Step 2: Enter the amount to be collected and select ‘Collect’ in the top right corner.

Step 3: When you select ‘Collect’, the POS gives you two options – ‘Insert Card’ and ‘Scan QR’. The customer can choose from these options. Paytm has also launched Tap to Pay card which is an NFC-based contactless card where the user has to click on the merchant terminal to make the payment.

– If the customer chooses to pay through QR code, you will see a QR code after selecting ‘Scan QR’. Customers can make payment through Paytm app or any other UPI app using this QR code.

– If a customer wants to pay by debit or credit card, they can choose to insert their card. After this, the customer will have to enter a four-digit PIN on the POS machine. After that select ‘Confirm’. Customers can choose to pay by tapping on their card.

If the payment is not processed, you can click on “Check Payment Status”.

Once the payment is processed, it will show you ‘Payment Successful’. Below you will find two options- ‘Print Invoice’ and ‘SMS Invoice’. You can choose from these options to receive a physical or digital receipt.
