Lord Shankar had attained all these siddhis only by the grace of the Goddess. Therefore half of Shiva’s body became like that of the goddess. That is why he is known as ‘Ardhanarinteshwar’.

Goddess Siddhidatri has four arms. His vehicle is a lion. She can even sit on a lotus flower. He holds a lotus flower in his right lower hand. Every human should make constant efforts to get the grace of Goddess Siddhidatri. He can enjoy happiness by removing many sorrows by his grace. It also gives him the way to salvation. Goddess Siddhidatri is the last goddess in Navadurga. Worshiping this goddess fulfills all the wishes of the seeker.

It is believed that the Goddess fulfills all the wishes of the devotees on the ninth day of Navratri if she is worshiped on all the eight days of Navratri. Goddess Siddhidatri is worshiped on Mahanavami, the last day of Navratri. Siddhidatri Devi should be worshiped after waking up early in the morning and completing the daily tasks. At this time, Navahana, a prasad containing Navarras should be shown to the Goddess. It is also said that Navratri should be concluded by offering nine types of flowers to the Goddess. It is said that in the ninth chapter of Durga Saptashati, information has been given about the worship of Goddess Siddhidatri. On the day of Navami, Ritulodbhav fruit, sugar candy, puri, black gram, kheer and quince are said to be offered to the goddess.
