Case registered against Bhamata

A 21-year-old girl has been duped by a thug on the pretext of getting a role in a film with superstar Rajinikanth. This person has extorted up to Rs 10 lakh from the girl by luring her to work in the film. On the complaint of the girl, Dahisar police have registered a case against Piyush Jain and Manthan Ruparel under sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 34 of IPC.

What actually happened?

In her statement to the police, the girl said that the men told her that they had a company called Venkateswara Creations in Hyderabad through which they were making two films named RC-15 and Jailor. In these films, she will be cast as a cyber hacker and Rajinikanth’s daughter. Of course he has to play an important role in this film. After this he told the girl that before acting in these films, she would have to spend about 10 lakh 31 thousand 636 rupees in making things like project card, passport, forex card, government clearance certificate. The girl said in her complaint that to make all these things look real, the goons gave her some documents and said that she has been selected in these films.

According to him, the girl also offered money. However, after some time this girl did not get work in any film. Not only this, these goons did not even return his money. Then realizing the fraud, the girl lodged a complaint with the Dahisar police. The police have started further action after registering the complaint of the girl.
