Aurangabad: There is a lot of enthusiasm in Aurangabad district that poison was mixed in Bhagar and Bhagdi with flour purchased on the occasion of Navratri festival. Bhargi has poisoned about 150 people in the district so far. So now it is seen that the administration has come into action mode. Because the police has taken action in this matter. Vaijapur Police of Aurangabad Rural has registered a case against 8 grocery shopkeepers.

According to the police, a case has been registered against a total of eight shops on the complaint of Kuldeep Siddharth Narvade, an employee of Vaijapur police station. In which a case has been registered against Ramesh Gorakh, owner of a shop named Sabka Malik in Vaijapur city. Along with this, crime has been registered against total 8 grocery shopkeepers in Ghaigaon and Loni Bu.

As mentioned in the action taken by the police, all the above shopkeepers sold Bhagar and Atta to the customers in their shop, knowing that it was inedible. They have been poisoned by civilians. Therefore, a case has been registered against these shopkeepers under the law for causing physical pain and disease to the citizens.

More than 150 citizens were poisoned in Vaijapur district.

Residents of various villages in Vaijapur, Gangapur and Kannada talukas of Aurangabad district have been poisoned by consuming bhagar. In which Bhagar has poisoned 118 villagers of Vaijapur taluka. More than 25 citizens of Lasur station in Gangapur taluka have been poisoned. More than 12 officials of Kannada taluka were hospitalized due to poisoning.
