Sabudana – 200 grams
Curd – 200 grams
Variety Rice – 250 grams
baking soda
salt – as per taste

How to make Sabudani Idli

– Divide the sago and varai rice in a mixer.

Add curd, salt, cumin and water as required and soak it in a bowl.
