सद्गुरू वासुदेव आणि मुख्यमंत्र्यांना 'ती' चूक भोवली; गुन्हा दाखल झाल्यानंतर अटकेची मागणी

Himanta Biswa Sarma Sadhguru Night Safari: A new controversy has started regarding the entry of Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev in the Kaziranga National Park in Assam. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma went on a night safari with Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev at Kaziranga National Park. Assam Chief Minister has denied the allegation of violating the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972 by entering Kaziranga National Park for a night safari.

Some environmental and wildlife activists complained about this. After this a case has been registered against Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev. The Wildlife Act has banned night safaris (Kaziranga Night Safari) and both have alleged violation of Wildlife Protection Act by visiting the national park after a certain time. Himanta Biswa Sarma has denied the allegations made by some environmental activists and wildlife activists. Chief Minister Sarma said that there is no such law that people cannot go to that park at night.

In a video that has gone viral on social media and some local channels, Sadhguru Vasudev and the chief minister are seen driving an open safari SUV. Sarma replied that doing so was not a violation of any rule.

As per the Wildlife Act, wardens can allow entry into protected areas even at night. No law prevents people from entering at night. We had organized an event this season. At this time Sadhguru has come and before that Sri Sri Ravi Shankar has come. Chief Minister Sarma said that since both have lakhs of followers, it is expected that this year’s tourist season will be good for Kaziranga.

“We have started investigating the matter,” an official said on condition of anonymity. The matter comes under the jurisdiction of the KNP Forest Department, so we have sought a report from the Divisional Forest Officers of the park on the status of the allegation. It was an official event and sometimes such events go on for some time. So I don’t think it can be called a violation of law.

demand for arrest

The complaint was lodged by Soneshwar Nara and Prabin Pegu, residents of Morangyal and Balijan villages near the park. In which he has demanded the arrest of Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, State Tourism Minister Jayant Malla Barua, Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev and all those present in the program.
