Mumbai: CBSE 12th Board Result 2021: The Central Board of Secondary Education i.e. CBSE has announced that it will declare the 12th result at 2 pm today. The Supreme Court had already ordered that the results be declared by July 31. It is in this background that CBSE held an important meeting this week. Accordingly the result will be declared today.
During the second wave of Corona this year, the board decided to cancel the 10th and 12th examinations. Apart from this, the board has used a new evaluation method for the results. Also according to the report it has been clarified that CBSE will not announce any merit list this year.
The 10th marks will also be considered while declaring the 12th result. The 10th marks will be given up to 30 percent weightage. Also, the weightage of 11th result will be given 30 percent and 12th performance will be given weightage out of 40 percent. In this, the marks of the exam test, pre board exam will be considered.
CBSE has said that the examinations of those who sit out of class 10th and 12th will be held from August 16 to September 15. The board has clarified that the results of these students cannot be declared under the new evaluation method. The board has clarified that these students are not from CBAE schools but the basis of previous marks cannot be taken while deciding the result.
