1. If you drink ajwain water every morning without eating anything, then it helps in rapid weight loss and also reduces belly fat.

2. Ajwain water should be consumed slightly warm, if you want better results, then increase its quantity in your daily diet.

3. For weight loss, soak 25 grams of carom seeds in a glass of water overnight. And the next morning eat it on an empty stomach.

4. If you drink the same water of carom seeds for a month, then you will start seeing the difference in your body.

5. If you forget to soak ajwain seeds in water at night, then mix a spoonful of ajwain seeds in a glass of water and boil it in a vessel. Now add 5-6 basil leaves to it and keep boiling. Finally turn off the gas and drink when it is hot.
